Cancellation Policy

If you would like to make any changes to your appointment or cancel it, no worries! Just give us a call at 519-742-9331 at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Should you be 15 minutes late to your set appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled by default. Please note that you should only be booking appointments on behalf of people below the age of 18. Customers 18+ must individually book their own appointments using their own profiles. We will call you ahead of your appointment to confirm attendance. Should we receive no response on Fridays, Saturdays, or any other day that is busy, your appointment may be cancelled should you not confirm after 2 missed calls.
