Cancellation Policy

Please note that all colouring and chemical related services require a minimum notice of 3 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling, and a minimum of 12 hours notice to switch your booking to receive a different service. Changing to a new service after booking may require an additional consultation with our stylist. All colouring and chemical service appointments must be approved by our team and may only be booked after an initial consultation with the stylist.
